Have you ever found yourself wondering:
“Who am I, really?”
“How can I know myself?”
“Do I truly accept myself - just as I am?”
This July, we invite you to an intimate book talk and open conversation with Douglas Holwerda, an American psychotherapist with 28 years of experience - including over a decade of living and working in Vietnam.
Together, we’ll explore themes from his recently released book:
Living From the Inside Out: Part One - Begin Within
A simple and insightful look into the primary elements of our inner world - emotions, thoughts, and the body - and how they shape the way we live.
What to expect:
A fresh perspective from Douglas on how self-awareness is key to personal growth, why self-knowledge supports authenticity, and how healing often comes through reflection and presence
A moment to slow down, tune in, and listen to what’s true for you
An open space for your questions - whatever feels relevant or alive for you
Heartfelt connection with others walking their own paths of growth
